Our in-house development, the Vario tube cutting head series, is the innovation in chipless tube cutting. The orbital cutting head with three fast rotating cutting wheels cuts thin-walled tubes up to 2mm wall thickness fully automated and in a matter of seconds. The feed and opening movement of the cutting wheels is cam-controlled, the feed rate can be adjusted via the control panel. Our Vario cutting head series cuts tubes with diameters from 3 mm to >120 mm with a wall thickness of 0.1 mm to 2.5 mm (1.5 mm stainless steel tubes). We distinguish ourselves by minimum retooling times. In a few minutes you can change the complete setup of the system to other lengths and diameters. Be flexible!
